Pop Cocktail Bar

Pop is a proud transfeminist bar in the heart of Porta Venezia, Milan’s rainbow district.
It is a lively spot I’m happy to call home — a place where I meet up every week for a drink and a chat.

This is the mural I created for Pop’s wall; it depicts our life here — a bar filled with joyful, colorful "freaks" who simply want to spend their evenings together in a safe space.

I created it for my community, for my city, and for the lives we queer people lead every day—in the light of day and amidst the lights of the night.
